Customer Care Tickets &amp; Queues

Dear RoMmunity



We would like to inform you about a recent change in the way we tackle support tickets.


From now on, all tickets that are created will be queued and resolved depending on the date the ticket was first created. What this means is that should you comment on, or update your ticket, it will NOT be pushed to the back of the ticket queue anymore.

With this we hope to achieve a more efficient method of tackling support tickets, meaning you get a faster response time from our support team. This also enables you to update your ticket with important information without worry of it being pushed back.


Please keep in mind, that despite these changes, your ticket can be solved quickly and effectively if you provide all necessary information in your initial ticket.
