Hello RoMmunity,

Due to a massive exploit being detected, we have temporarily disabled the "Redeem Key" website. We hope to have a solution available within the next 24 hours.

We would like to express our deepest apologies to all our honest players, who are affected by this situation and can not redeem today's advent calendar key.

From today on all items from the advent calendar will have a limit. So in case you get an error stating that the code is not valid anymore, the amount of available items has been reached.

Dear RoMmunity,

on December the 3rd we had to take down the redeem key page due to massive abuse of the advent calendar.

The advent calendar is filled up with little gifts and pictures and is supposed to bring a little smile to your face and support your character during Christmas time.

Unfortunately some players thought it would be a good chance to get their fingers on big amounts of item shop items.

We have removed all daily quest reset tickets that were redeemed by abusing the system, except one.
Depending on how bad the system was abused, we banned the players as well. The bans last from 3 to 30 days.
In addition we also blocked all unused vouchers.

Stay in game. Play fair.

Update in regards to the issued bans - Technical Information

Dear RoMmunity,

in the past days we issued suspensions for player accounts who seemed to be involved in the abuse and exploit of our advent calendar, gaining more daily quest reset tickets and redeeming more of these codes on their accounts in-game as were supposed to.

After your reports and feedback we reviewed the ban procedure and noticed an error in the system. This error did lead to bans not only to players who did exploit the advent calendar, but to players as well, who used the calendar fair and did not violate the rules.

We are truly sorry this happened and would like to apologize to all our fair players, who were banned without reason, for the inconvenience this caused. All unjustified bans in regards to this exploit will be lifted of course, and you will be able to access the world of Taborea again. Please be patient, as this procedure is still in process.
