Maintenance: Ticket & Support System, 12.12.2012

Our Ticket and Support Systems will be undergoing maintenance work on Wednesday, 12th of December 2012.

The maintenance is expected to take place until approximately 6:00 AM PST.

During this time you won't be able to send in new ticket requests or access existing support inquiries. During this time our support also won't be able to reply to your existing tickets.

In case of any changes to the timeframe we'll update you on our website, forums and social network channels on Facebook and Twitter.

The support system downtime has been finished. This means you can open new and existing tickets and the support teams can reply to them.


Please note: the main address - http://support.gameforge.com - is reachable, but our teams are still working on the subdomains (e.g. http://support.runesofmagic.com/). Meanwhile, we'd like to ask you to use the main address to contact our Support.


As soon as all the works reach an end, we will communicate it to you.
