To solve the actual issue, all US game servers going offline at 09:00am PDT for a maintenance. We expect not more than 2 hours to finish it.

During the last hours we noticed issues with the login server and the ability to join the game.

To solve these issues we need more time than expected. We have to
extend the maintenance and can't give you an expected time for
finishing.

Gaming brings fun in your life and it is, of course, a bad feeling for us not to fulfill this wish of our players on Artemis, Indigo and Palenque. We noticed some players visit other servers and got a heartily welcome there, but we continue to work on bringing their servers live again.

While we still can’t give you an ETA, we don't think we're going to be able to correct the issue within the next few hours either. As soon we have any news about successful progress, we will inform you.
