Login issues

Dear RoMmunity,

We apologize for the current problems, and we work on a solution! But we need RW for that and around this time it´s impossible to fix or solve this Problem! Please be patient cause it is a unknown Problem at the Moment. We work on it and keep you informed about the Status!

Hello everyone,

As you know, since yesterday we have issues on our servers.
At the moment all servers are back online and that part of the problem is sucesfully solved.

However, we still have issues with Users being unable to connect after critical Disconnect.
Login crashes are still not solved, but we are working together with RW on sollution for this problem.

Players affected by the log in issue should contact our support team via IRC Chat:
#runesofmagic.logprob
How can you report?
server [where affected characters are created]
all characters affected [names of the characters] / only [name of the affected characters]
happened in [name of the area]

In case your game crashed and after that you are unable to log in - please send your crash report to crashreport@runesofmagic.com


How to join that channel?

Easy:
Press CHAT button on forum
Once you are on IRC type this:
/join #runesofmagic.logprob

You will automatically be invited to that channel

At the moment we are not able to completely solve the login Problem. So we must wait for the next Maint Round
We are STILL working on it, but there are great chances sitution will not be solved before Tuesday...

Dear RoMmunity,

We are currently working with our developer Runewaker on the log-in issue. To avoid any further problems with more characters, we have decided to disable new zones and instances until we find a solution.

Whole team is doing their best to deliver this fix but it might not be done before the weekend, so we have to ask you for patience. Updates on the situation will be presented through our official channels (forum, website, Facebook, Twitter). We apologize for inconveniences caused

We will compensate lost fun as soon as the log-in issue will be solved.

Dear RoMmunity,

As many of you may feel right now, we've implemented internal solution fixing the issues you've been experiencing during last days. Unfortunately, it's just a workaround and we can't be completly sure it will work in all cases. If any of you still experience problems, please do not hesitate to inform us about it.

While you can read this announcement (it's update), we continue our work with game developer, Runewaker Entertainment, in order to fix the issue completly. As such, until we'll finish our emrgency works, new zones remain disabled.

We apologize for the inconveniences and hope you won't experience login issues anymore. During the next week we'll try to compensate the fun you've lost during the period when some of you couldn't log into the game.

due to the recent problems, in order to solve the login issues completly, as well as open new and temporary unavailable zones , we'll perform an additional maintenance. It will start at 1:45 am (Pacific Time)
