[Reni] Varanas and Obsidian Fortress Zone Restart

The above mentioned zones have been restarted on the Server Reni.

This may solve some of the login problems for players who just recently got stuck there.
It will not solve the problem of the global login issue if the workaround from yesterday does not work (anymore) for you.
