Runes of Magic US / AU

The item "Dreamland Staff" has been adjusted to lower values because according to our developer Runewaker, the values it had belonged to a 2-handed weapon, while the Dreamland Staff is clearly a 1-hand weapon.

What we can offer you now through the support ticket system if you have upgraded (tiered, statted, plussed, drilled) the "Dreamland Staff" is the following:

• Acquire a new staff base item that you would like to use
  
• Once you have it, open a game ticket at Support and please attach a screenshot of both your "Dreamland Staff" and your new base item in your possession
  [you can use imagehosters like imgur.com if you cannot attach the picture to the ticket directly]
  
• we will then verify that you have both these items, and then ask you to throw them both away
  [DO NOT throw away the items before we have told you to do so!]
  
• We will then transfer the tier, the stats, the refining level ("plussing") and the rune slots of the original "Dreamland Staff" to your new base item and you will receive the new staff in the condition the old staff has been in your ingame mail shortly.
  
• You can either extract the runes out of the "Dreamland Staff" beforehand or throw it away with the runes included and have them added back on the new staff. That is your choice alone, but we will not reimburse gold cost for extracting runes.
  
• The durability of the "Dreamland Staff" will NOT be transferred. The durability of the new base item will be used!
  

The end result will be a new staff with the same tier, stats, refining level ("plussing") and rune slots (and runes) of the "Dreamland Staff".
It is your choice and responsibility to find a base item that suits you, as we will transfer the attributes of the staff only once per upgraded "Dreamland Staff".
