Osha - Server issues Dec 09

We have been informed of some issues on Osha, including houses and guild castles being unavailable, and apparent guildlessness of players. We're working on it, and we'll keep you informed.

Some minor maintenance has happened which did not entail bringing the server offline and everything should be working normally. If not, please let me know in IRC and I'll get back to the IT folks.
