Server restart 1/7/16

Dear community,

Due to the ongoing problems with Arcanium arena, siegewar signup and housing after the maintenance we will need to immediately make a restart of both US servers.

The actual downtime should only last 5-10 minutes but it may take up to 30 minutes for all zones and services to be available.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
