Xaviera Zone issues - both servers

Dear players,

We are aware of certain players having issues near Deliya's Camp in the zone Xaviera. At this time the issue has been forwarded to QA and the Community Managers for a resolution.

In the meantime, we advise players:

1) If you're currently stuck in a crash loop after entering this area, come to IRC by clicking the link at the top of the forums "IRC Chat" and find someone with an "@" in front of their name to have you moved.
2) If a GM is not available when you come to our IRC chat, you will unfortunately have to submit a ticket. However, we will try and make these tickets a priority for you.

We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience as we work to get the issue fully resolved.
