Shop Update

Dear community,

Today, we are performing a maintenance for the Shop. During this time Shop will not be available some time within the next two or three hours.

We will inform you as soon as Shop will be available again.

Status update:

We would like to inform that the maintenance for the Shop will take more time than anticipated.

Also during the few moments Shop was available to the players and some of you may have used the gifting option to send items to other characters. Unfortunately, this option haven’t worked properly and instead of sending items to designated character, it was send to buyer’s inventory.

If you have been affected by this issue, please don’t do anything with the item which was wrongly gifted to you, as we are still investigating this issue and we will inform you in the near future regarding further steps.

We would like to inform that the maintenance is over and Shop is back online.

Unfortunately, due to previously announced issue with the gifting – this option has been disabled until the fix (it may be possible to still send gifts by using friend list/guild list, but please do not send them until the hotfix). We will be working hard to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Dear Community,

As you might have noticed, after this week’s Shop Update we encountered some issues with the gifting option. At the time we worked swiftly to temporarily de-activate the feature; however it was later discovered that the bugged gifting option was still available via the Friends and Guild members list. Unfortunately both of these options were also not working properly as the gift was delivered to the buyer’s inventory, instead of being sent to the proper account. Therefore, in order to prevent and further problems for our players, we have decided to temporarily deactivate the entire gifting system until we are able to fix the problems.

Rest assured, we are already working on a solution and will re-activate the gifting option as soon as possible.

If there are any players that have been affected by this issue, please contact your support team via the support system and we will do our best to assist you.

Greetings,

One of the good side of your new Shop is fact we can apply some fixes without additional maintenances.
We are happy to inform that we just applied the fix and re-enabled the gifting option in the Shop, so you can again send items to yours friends and colleagues. :)
