I don't usually see mentions of double xp in advance from patch notes, they just tend to happen and then get posted on the website the day it is in effect.

And for the fairies, conceal has always worked correctly for me, not sure what that is about. Perhaps people left on counter-attack which would put the fairies back in combat?

Oh man this is bad it affect all the mems vendor. Now all item sold by the mems vendors does not come with a fixed stats. I believe this is a bug as there wasn't any announcement made in the patch notes.

Quaffy, look back on the game's history. All Anniversary celebrations have had it announced, and also most (but not all) of the other weekend heightened xp/tp. That was why at the beginning of the game it was expected and players would log on early that day and stay on as long as possible.

I'm not saying they weren't announced, I'm just not sure if they were announced in the patch notes preceding it.

There was at least one post by one employee that indeed mentioned it, but was later deleted by a (presumably) different employee hours later. So yes, it has been announced, and yes, those announcements were released prematurely (probably intended for the Private-CM-Only folders, i.e. the places where the 'deleted' posts and threads are stored). When the promotion officially starts, I presume those posts will be moved from the Private-CM-Only folder to the Public folder. Until then, we will just have to keep an eye out for more employee mistakes.

Frost Island is the Coast of Opportunity/Xaviera island. but as to what the Archipelago there is... I don't know. I guess I'll check the Hending Harbor to see if there's someone to transport you there, but I doubt it. Maybe they just mean the Frost Island zone group, which as of now only consists of two zones.
Ithiriz(Osha M/R/W 50/30/25), Saerimuus (Osha Wd/D 12/1), and some other Elf, Osha D/S 13/10, not to mention a few random characters on random servers that I made but that you probably won't ever see.

the biggest problem i see here is that the supposed "Taunts" are no longer taunts.
before they would actually "taunt" something to target you for a specific amount of time.no all they do is turn to you for a split second until someone like a mage with alot of damage and small recon and instantly turn away.
its made me look bad as to where it was in some cases easier to tank for me with the skill Lion King Battle Roar and now it doenst even taunt.pretty much just giving me a 5% aggro increase which really isnt much. I'd say leave them how they were before with the time taunt AND add % to aggro. why fix something that wasnt broken??

They are working as intended. This is how I believe they work, now. What "Taunts" do now is make your aggro equal to the aggro of the person on the top of the aggro list, the problem is that they don't actually hold that place for the duration of the "Taunt". This idea was really ok in theory, but it turns into the "Taunt" effects breaking their actual purpose. I have yet to actually see the 5% boost effect (no added buff) after using any "Taunt" effect after this patch.

Example:
Mage starts out with 3 crits on 3 Flames.
You use your Taunt without having hit the mob in any other way.
You and mage have the same aggro amounts on the mob.
Mage Flames again.
Your aggro is the same, Mage aggro increases.
