Ok for those that are getting the "Error Assembling VC" code this is Part of the game. Something ahs corrupted your copy of RoM or has corrupted the patch. I personaly ahve had no problems at all but still would like to assist others with their problems here.
For those getting the DX error just do as support has said and download Direct x 9c from microsoft. As far as the other one goes only way to get rid of it so far is to completely uninstall RoM getting rid of every folder it has on your system (obviously saving your screenies), then do a fresh reinstall. Hopefully this will cure that problem.
