[Fairy Tale Festival]

• The duration of the Magical Damage Resistence Explosion, the Physical Damage Resistance Exlposion and the Spectralization of the Fairytale GiantDragon have been reduced to 10 seconds.
  
• The requirements for the title you get from defeating the Fairytale Giant Dragon have been adjusted. Now every Fairytale Swordsman and Fairytale Wizard will get the following titles according to how many time they beat it.

  Defeating the Giant Dragon ten times: Dragon Slaughter

The Scripts for the Fairy Tale Festival events have been improved making them more stable.
