Patch 6.5.6.2775 - Moorlands of Farsitan and bugfixes

New:

Level cap was increased to 97.
New zone has been opened: Moorlands of Farsitan.
New main quest line, side quests and daily quests have been added.
New instances Madro Troll Nest and Raven Heart have been added.
New titles have been added.
New items for Ancient Mementos, Phirius Shells, Energy of Justice, Proof of Myth, Honour, Dreamland Pioneer Sigils merchant NPCs have been added.
New Phirius Token Coin Merchants have been added to:
- NPC Angus: Varanas - Central Plaza
- NPC Ansa: Obsidian Stronghold - Glory Square
- NPC Waylen: Thunderhoof Hills, Dalanis - Old City District
- NPC Bolek: Ancient Kingdom of Rorazan, Front Line Alliance Camp - Depository
- NPC Anas: Wailing Fjord, Muckgale Port
- NPC Beytin: Splitwater Coast, Port Shard

Bug fixes:

[Bone Peak][Boss Shabdoo] Fixed the problem that sometimes "Jet of Water" was created in the sky and was missing effect.
[Mirror World][Cenedril] Fixed the problem that Cenedrils could be incorrectly equipped twice.
[Mirror World][Cenedril] Fixed the problem that Cenedril's buff was incorrectly deleted if player preformed other action.
[Weeping Coast][Monster] Fixed the problem with the monster Mysterious Visitor. Now they will be again available in the game.
[Crafting][NPCs] Fixed the problem with broken dialogue of some NPCs selling crafting recipes.
[NPC] Fixed the problem for some NPCs that they could only open interface with one player at the time.

Adjustments:

[Mirror World] Celebration Certificates have been removed from the drop.
[Bone Peak][Boss] Damage dealt of Istye's Soul Split has been reduced from 200% to 100% and also now it will be correctly shared by all players within the range.
[Bone Peak][Boss] Following adjustments have been made in Shabdoo's tactic:
- Jet of Water will now be created in random place around Shabdoo.
- Jet of Water will now show up in battlefield more frequently.
- Casting time of Jet of Water has been reduced.
- Damage dealt by Bloodthirsty Shark has been reduced.
- Range of debuff "Bloody" has been reduced.
- From now on players with debuff "Coral Rock Fetters" won't be taken as target by "Perforate".

Known issues:

[Map] The new zone "Moorlands of Farsitan" is not shown on the map of Taborea.
[Gardening] Level 97 Seeds are not sold by NPC Fray Naste. Following items are missing: "Seed - Fire Lily of Luck", "Seed - Fire Lily of Love" and "Seed - Fire Lily of Hope".
[NPC] Snoop the Stubborn incorrectly allows to teleport from "Moorlands of Farsitan" to "Moorlands of Farsitan".
[Monsters] Monsters in the new zone "Moorlands of Farsitan" are missing the requirements for dropping "Mysterious Bags".
[Monsters] Some monsters in the new zone "Moorlands of Farsitan" are not dopping any loot.
[Quest][Localization] Description of item "Energy Meter" needed for quest "Changing Seals" is missing information how to fulfil a quest goal. It has to be "Right-clicked".
[Raven Heart][Boss Gokhur] Skill Death Sentence" doesn't work as intended and it doesn't remove any harmful effects from players.
[Madro Troll Nest][Boss Mogmogur] Mogmogur's and Mogmogur's Phantom's script is working incorrectly and they are entering Corrosion Zone and Carnage Zone at incorrect times.
