- In addition to the rewards from previous versions, the following NPCs will grand players Hydro Draconaris:
- Anniversary Event Hosts - when exchanging 7 Celebration Certificate for rewards, players will also additionally receive Hydro Draconaris.
- During the Anniversary Event players can exchange their Pisces Pets and Hydro Draconaris for a new Draco Pet: Oceanus Draco.
