Patch Note 5.0.1: "Elite skill Spring Flower Eulogy: The skill description reads now: When casting Spring Flower Eulogy, if the target's HP is lower than 50%, the effect will automatically be stacked 3 times. There is also a chance of restoring 1 Nature's Power to you. When the skill ends, it will restore additional HP"

For Druid/Scouts with the 50/50 elite skill (Spring Flower Eulogy): When casting camellia flower on targets who're under 50% health, Camellia Flower gets auto stacked 3 times but only heals for 438hp per tick. The changes in patch 5.0.1 has made this skill pretty much useless if you try to cast Camellia Flower on a target with under 50% health.

This issue has been posted and discussed by players on at least 3 different forum sections and we're still waiting for acknowledgement of this issue from a GM/CM. Please advise whether any member of staff is aware of this problem and whether it'll be on the queue for being fixed.
