Destiny Rings?

I believe in the patch notes the requirements changed for this ring are:
Guild Drill Ground: Destiny
The exchange rate for 50 Lucky Badges has been adjusted from 5 to 1 Destiny Ring (with the drillmaster).

So I was just wondering about what the rings do,
Do they disappear after a first time use?
What speed does it increase? attack/move/casting all o.O

Any information is appreciated >.< all I have been able to find is that this ring is from drill ground training course destiny and your drill ground has to be rank III or something q.q

Interested to see if we have any new information on this now. We have drill grounds 3 (which is requirement for destiny) and would love to know if it's a one time use or permanent (I presume not being you can trade for them or the cost would be heavily increased)

Also any known guides for the game as I can't seem to get past 20 odd badges >.<
