I created an account for myself and my daughter last Tuesday, December, 6th.
The next day, our accounts were suspended.
I emailed support via their ticket system and received three replies the next day, one of them apologized for the inconvenience, but our accounts are still in suspension and we have not heard from them since.
I check our accounts daily and I email support daily - referencing our Case ID #.
This is ... very disappointing to say the least.
Is this to be expected with a free MMO ?
Maybe paying for a little while would not be such a bad thing if there is help out there and our accounts are left alone.
What are your (the veteran players') thoughts?
