Not able to log in-game or support help please

Is there a way to just get an email with a new password to the game? Been playing for over 2 yrs, & I have mounts & other items for most of my chars with diamonds still available, would the chance of having downloaded the "old" client have anything to do with not being able to access my account? or is it disabled or banned?:eek: Is there a way to get someone who is with Frogster to answer or help, the email address sent to my email address are not working they come back as undelivered from the "postmaster" ??? :eek::eek: wth is going on?
