still waiting any word for those U.S. players that where given a E.U. key from this giveaway would be great. Then we that got burned could put some aloe vera on this sucker and all feel a lil better. Its not like we can go get another key if they fixed the problem on there website by the way, the site logs your IP address and theres no way around that im sure. PLEASE FIX ;_;

The OP is talking about the GameItems offer that's giving away some sort of (white I think?) warhorse, not sure...the page doesn't say anything specific if it's temporary in/out of bag, or permanent... checking the database, only the steel warhorse is 2-p, all the other ones are 1-p http://www.gameitems.com/logos/photo-247.jpg

I am in the understanding that the 2 mounts are of different giveaways one from Alienware which is not in question on this thread to help you understand. What was in question was the Warhorse aa both are of different starting dates as a giveaway from what i read. I have found no information that would lead to it being the same giveaway as for 'letting this go' i don't care either way but still other people i know have the same problems or issues so who will ask the questions if no one stands up to presue the topic. All is required is a simple honest answer to questions and problems likes these not ideas, speculations or comments that are unrelated and that goes beyond what this topic is about as well. Sorry for the little rant and thanks to those who read it all :p but i hate drawn out complications and i don't post in any forums unless i feel these is a just inquiry.

So I put in a support ticket regarding this issue on December 29 and still not resolved or even responded to. Its now January 3rd. I think everyone has been on vacation long enough here and the community deserves an answer and a response from Frogster as to why we still cant redeem our keys. I've sent in a screenshot of my key. How hard is it to mail the people their mount if they send in a screenshot with their key? Again I don't care what happened I was tricked into giving out personal information and signing up through a third party site in a promotion you gave keys out for. This is your problem. If the mods don't know and the company wont respond to support emails who the heck is running the game??? Getting angrier by the day here.

please... if you're like any half-intelligent interwebz crawler, you probably gave them a "spam email" addy, which you use just to sign up for stuff like that. And if you aren't... then may god have mercy on your poor soul...
