Guild Buildings

I've recently made a guild in RoM, bladesofdarkess, and have taken notice of some ongoing problems that have gone unfixed for sometime now, but other problems get fixed that are, imo, less action worthy than these:

Three of the guild buildings The Farm, The Processing Factory, and The Arsenal are still broken.

Most recently, I built a library, and as me and my other guild mates have tried to use the building, it tells us that we are not apart of the guild that owns the library...I'm the fricken Guild Master.

Now being as this is a "free" to play game, I know that RoM dev team or at the least the creators of the game itself must be "rolling in dough". I know of at least six people that have payed $600 a piece on diamonds in two months. Now let us do some math here, now if these six people like your game enough to do such, they'll continue to "pay and play", which of course is of their own doing. Now for instance "WoW" is made by a larger and more industrious company known as Blizzard who at the most charges $16 to play per month plus you have to buy the game and all the expansions. Yes they have been around longer and yes they still have their very minor problems. Off of these six people alone RoM has effectively made $1200 in a single month. It would theoretically take one year for Blizzard to make that same amount of money from the same amount of people. For as long as this game has been out you would think that something so simple as solving LoS issues for players and Mobs wouldn't be an issue and would be worked out by now.

Now after that slight rant, can anyone tell me why people still play this game when they are doing almost nothing with the amount of money they make off of their fan-base? Or maybe a simpler question, why haven't they fixed the guild buildings since that is something people put hard work into obtaining?

I apologize if anything I've said is wrong, but seeing as this is a forum I'm sure I'll be corrected sooner or later. Thank you for your patience and to the dev team stop being lazy please, you still have people getting stuck and falling through floors after almost 3 years... EPIC-:(!!!

Now being as this is a "free" to play game, I know that RoM dev team or at the least the creators of the game itself must be "rolling in dough". Maybe the parent company "Runewalker" would be "Rolling in dough" but they also have a couple other games out there. I know of at least six people that have payed $600 a piece on diamonds in two months. Now let us do some math here, now if these six people like your game enough to do such, they'll continue to "pay and play", which of course is of their own doing. Not if things don't get fixed. Eventually those people are going to get sick of having to deal with the bugs and lack of support for the game. This is the worst theoretical scenario I could imagine. If Blizzard was the same size as Runes of Magic, they would be facing many of the same, if not possibly more, problems. Not to mention the fact that in reality, Blizzard has 11.5 Million active accounts which translates into 172.5 Million dollars a month at 15 dollars a month. If Runes of Magic had these kinds of resources, we wouldn't have the problems that we do. For as long as this game has been out you would think that something so simple as solving LoS issues for players and Mobs wouldn't be an issue and would be worked out by now.

I like how you pointed out where I was not necessarily wrong but had a false perception of things, thank you honestly:p, I could care less about the part you pointed out. Now to the bedrock of my topic. When, if ever will MY fricken guild buildings be fixed? How am I expected to maintain a guild for new members if they continually ask "why doesn't it work?" and "why did I donate lots of stuff to the guild if the buildings they build don't work?" These new people that are rolling in, I built my guild to directly help them succeed in the daunting world of Runes of Magic, but not only are they getting crapped on by the developers so are all of the people that play this game. It's so frustrating.

Guild buildings work fine for most people. Did you submit a ticket?

Reinstalling game after having major graphical errors and a fatal error shut-down. Will submit one ASAP.

(moments later)
After carefully looking over everything, I can not find a way to submit an in-game ticket. Any help?

It may come down to just explaining to your guild whats happening and letting them know that a fix is dependent on Runewalker. If you built a guild to help new players, the only things that help are the buff towers, and even then they aren't that great (After level 30 i'd say), so just keep helping people as best as you can, and if people don't want to stay because some buildings don't work properly, well they are probably rolling with the Flavor of the Month class and will ragequit in a few months anyways.

Edit for 2nd post: That is actually odd. Send in that screenshot to the Forum support, i am sure they can help you get it to the right area. If you're still having trouble, make a new topic in the Technical Support part of the Forum.

Thank you angelisrafel that was the more useful of the replies that I've gotten. I've posted in the technical forums and now currently awaiting a reply. What I found weird, it may be because I'm using the lite client, I don't know, but the fact that I have no way of reporting an issue from in game as if they took that option out altogether is very fishy. Very fishy indeed. Its almost like they don't even want to know what users are still experiencing/putting up with from them. And your right, I expect people to rage quit like a mother....ecspecially with this LoS problem, I listen to my roomate yelling at the game everynight "I'M RIGHT ON TOP OF HIM, WHAT DO YOU MEAN I CAN'T SEE MY TARGET, HOW IS THERE SOMETHING BETWEEN ME AND HIM, THERE'S NOTHING THERE!!!!"...and I've watched him play, he has quite a compelling argument, lol...

I swear, you couldn't have made it any more complicated to report something that happened in a game. It gets really old having to make so many accounts with so many different sites JUST to report a bug.

I tried to log into the support portal, and got an error message stating "Your username or password is incorrect".

Usually this error appears if you've tried to login to the support portal with your Runes of Magic account details. You need a brand new account to access the support system. Please register a new Support account, using the same e-mail address that's linked to your Runes of Magic game account.
