secondary password

hello
i played RoM allong time ago and i wanna play it again and i forgot my secondary password really wanna play it and i spended money on it and it would not be great if you couldn't reset it so my question is could you pls reset it

You can request a secondary password reset via support: https://support.frogster-online.com/

In the future please do not post your account information in the forums, not a good idea.

well i used the link but and i maked a question but i didn't got a awnser and maby you could help me where i could send a message to the ''support team''

ps: this is my second account cause i wanted to contact a gm ingame

It takes them an extremely long time to reply. It's ridiculous. I've waited 18 hours. I've gotten one reply back, but they asked for more information. So as of right now, i'm sitting around 18 hours after my initial email waiting for the reply to change my secondary password. Ah well.

Patience is key I guess.
