Ok, so I have been a good player and have gotten more than 10 certifications to prove IT.

Now when I go to collect me reward, this guy named Andrew gives me a locked (LOCKED WTF ???) container as a reward.

You get them from the item shop/phirius shop. Which in my opinion is a total ripoff and is why i don't do that event.

those packages usually contain a nice costume piece. I've gotten some pretty unique ones, so I can contest that about 66% of the time, if you use an ancient key on them, it'll be worth it.
