Long story short, their response times are pretty backed up due to a phenomenal amount of tickets in the system.
As I understand it, the response time listed is now at least double the stated limit. If they haven't responded within 48 hours, update your ticket to keep it in the system (it will get marked as resolved at 72 hours).
Right. I've used some pretty backed up support systems before, and I haven't had this experience. Ah well. I'll keep my ticket alive I guess.. *Sigh*
