So i bought this gear piece from phirious shell dealers and found out its bound, ive heard you need advanced bind lifters to open these up, which one should i use the phirious tokens one, get one for diamonds, or use pfs to extract it into a stone (i hope stone isnt bound) how much would the cape/ pa/def stone be worth anyone knows?

I personally would never use phirius tokens on an ABL.
I personally would never unbind a piece of under-dura phirius shell gear.
I personally would never put PA/def on a PFS. (The stone would not be bound).
I personally would dirty-stat twink gear for an alt with that particular piece.

However, what you do with it, is up to you.

what should i buy with my phirious shells? since i actually like the two minigames, "course of terror" and "ancient treasures" so i do them every day and have couple shells in my posession

Buying Glorious stat is the best option. You may try to buy Plate also, Stam/Patt stat is expensive for example.
Prize always changes so before selling in AH take a search (remember to search Tier 5, filters Glorious and stat specific name)

That is correct. The stats are random from each vendor, so sometimes you get a good one, sometimes you get a crappy one, and sometimes you get a decent one like pa/pdef. If you pull an item which is OD, it might be worth unbinding to sell.
