Mount and Wings Transfer

What is the procedure to have a GM transfer a mount and wings to another toon?

Sorry, but they have recently suspended doing that for the players.
Maybe they will change it back to allow transfers in the future, but for now it's a no. :(

Seriously? Well poo. Guess I'll either have to just hoof it or buy a new mount. I can always just unbind the wings.

Wings can prbly bu unbound with an ABL.

Unfortunately, the transfer of diamonds, permanent mounts, and wings has been suspended and that policy is under review. I have no other information about this.

Wings can obviously be unbound using an Advanced Bind Lifter, but also obviously cannot be mailed to a character on another server.
