What's the situation on chest bug solution

To whoever it may concern (CM, GM, ...),

Can we have a general idea of when/how/if(?!) the chest bug will be resolved?

I have a ticket that has been pending for 4 months; 4 MONTHS!!!
Actually, that's inaccurate: I have 3 tickets submitted and one other thread on the same issue. That's 5 efforts on my part to get your attention in 3 different system (forum, old ticket system, new ticket system).

I have to say I sort of find this situation insulting. I can understand it's a bug (and apparently one complex to solve). But at the same time, you need to (at the very least) better communicate with people affected by this problem. Let us not forget that these lost are, among other things, monetary since it's a CS bought item that disappeared (plus its content, but I said in all my tickets I would settle for the chest only and not claim the content)....

Can you at least have the respect to answer your customers please! I'm not the winy type, but there's a limit which, after 4 months!, you have reached.

I've seen many threads and posts about this, and thus far the only response has always been some form of, "We're working on it; be patient." I'd guess that this is still the only answer to your question.

I lost two chests on one toon, found them later in the furniture tab, both empty. I know they were full as it used to be my main, and I was stocking up on gear and stats, but don't remember anything that was in them. So, I never bothered filling out a report.

Since then, I make it a habit of periodically starting fraps,n opening my chests, bank, and bags then scrolling over everything while recording, so I have a visual record of whats in there. I repeat it on all my alts.

Also do the same with my equipped gear and skills tab.

I feel that FA is a bit slow on addressing this, but in their defense I wouldn't rule out numerous false reports of lost "+16 tier 12 OD puppet queens, full set of OD +16 t8 ???? gear, all with 4 X runes that were i storage while I wore my hoto gear and jiasha staff because I was looking for skins"
