Item Shop HELP

I just purchased Flame the 2 person mount and have no received him in anyway even though it spent the diamonds gave me the ruby bonus and shows him in purchase history.

This is my first time buying anything from the item shop and just wanted to know if it took some time or if there was some other reason that hes not anywhere to be found.

Nevermind I'm a moron just read the guide found him in the bag lol

Being your first purchase, have you checked your Item Shop backpack?
To find it, open your backpack and click on the little gift icon lower right.
Let us know if you see it in there?
