I suggest you contact Customer Support, log off & do nothing with your character until you hear back from them.

This might take some days with the apparent backlog of tickets that's built up recently.

Since it's related to an addon, there is a strong possibility that they won't do anything either -- addons are not officially supported and are used are our own risk. :(

Well not to be unkind but it was your own fault.

I'd recommend being really polite and friendly when you send your ticket - you don't want to annoy the person that can just say 'user error' and close your ticket.

Out of curiosity, what add on was it? I have never heard of this happening before.

Also, don't submit multiple tickets. Send only 1 and wait a good 5 business days at least before contacting a GM regarding the ticket status. But as was said before, addons are third-party code and it isn't the responsibility of Frogster to do anything about it. There are too many people willing to make up some BS about, "Oh, this addon sold my +12 t15 set of armor with (appropriate best stats for your class) stats on them... plz replace." If you grabbed a bad addon without doing research or mis-configured a legit addon to make it sell off all your stuff, how does the old saying go? "Lack of planning on your part doesn't constitute an emergency on mine."
