help cant see npc

ive got 2 quests where i cant see the person im supposed to talk to what should i do ive tried loging out and back in and it did not work ... any help would be apprticated

Some quests seem to only work on Channel 1, so that's worth a try. Otherwise, sometimes you just have to drop a quest and re-accept it from the giver. Which quests are giving you problems?

the quest is the important chest quest i have to turn it in the bank resptionist and shes not there but the mini map shows she is ... the other one i cant even pick up for the same reason and hes outside in silverspring by a windmill .. ive summited a ticket but othere than that i dont know what to do

Ah, the bank NPC is missing because of the holiday event. They've all been kidnapped or something, so it's not currently possible to complete the quest. It's frustrating and a little retarded, I know, but it is a seasonal event and should be ending fairly soon. I've seen that exclamation point in Silverspring, but I've never seen an NPC in the area. It shows up on all my characters, so I think it is just a glitch on the map.

Edit: I expect you'll be able to complete the bank quest within the week, according to this announcement.

Yah, it will probably be fix because they have took off the "Christmas Holiday Event."
