Deleting setup files?

I have a folder C:\Documents and Settings\New User\Desktop\RoM4-Full-US
with RoMsetup.exe and 9 other .bin files using over 8 GB of space.

Is it ok to delete these files or are they needed during patches or necessary for gameplay?

delete them :)

If you ever need to re-install you'd need those files. However, you can always download them again, so it's your choice.
