Druids are the elven counterpart to the human Priest, and can also self heal. Scout/Knight has one self-heal elite skill, and there may be other elites for classes I don't know. Wardens have a spell that heals their pet, so in some sense that counts as a self-heal (though it's not very useful). Other classes just have to use potions.
