Diamonds

I bought my diamonds as soon as this sale started for 120%. I paid 19.99 usd via paypal. I even have this confirmation letter:

And when I sent a message to support I got this in return:

I still don't have my diamonds. SO I sent in a support ticket. Can someone PLZ give me my 1,111 diamonds that frogster owes me?

Sometimes it can take a short while for the diamonds to come through on your account. The message in German you typed is basically saying that the email address is unknown, that's because Support is now handled through - NEW Support Portal and any help needed using it at - FAQ and Guide for the new Support Portal.

Hope you get your diamonds soon...

Sorry, but this is total BS. I've been waiting for a week with very little if any communication from Zeevex or Frogster. Others have been waiting as long as THREE WEEKS or longer...

Have you checked your email (Inbox and Junk/Spam folder) to see if you've gotten a reply to your ticket?
Also, go back to the Support portal and see if your ticket is still open. If it's been closed due to your inactivity, you can re-open it.
