Ultimate Game Cards

Hello, I have a question about redeeming Ultimate Game Cards. I recently purchased a card at Future Shop for 20 dollars. When I went to redeem it online, however, the site told me I needed to pay 21 dollars. I entered the card and 20 dollars was added to the purchase... but 1 dollar remained to be paid. Am I getting scammed if I redeem this card? Because I was expecting to get my money's worth of diamonds...

I'm going to guess that you live in The Great White North--Canada. Somewhere in the Recharge Diamonds area, there should be a place where you can change your location from Canada to United States. Give that a try.

Hey Kalvan! Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, your solution didn't work however. When I changed it to US, it said I needed to pay 20 dollars (like it should), but it also said that there was only $18.75 on the card, not $20.00

It's been awhile since I've bought diamonds with UGCs. However, I seem to recall that while redeeming them at the PlaySpan webisite (after going through Recharge Diamonds and choosing the diamond package I wanted), there was a US$6.00 charge for each card. Each card did redeem for its face value, though.

Edit/update: The US$6.00 charge mentioned above, I believe, goes to PlaySpan directly from redeeming the card.

I have alway bought diamond with ultimate game cards and your right , 20$ ugc != 20$ gives like 19.something usd. Website says canadian/us dollar value based.
