slim client

does the slim client still need to minimum system requirements as the full client or is it lower? because my computer does not have the cpu requirements for the full client.

Yes. Minimum requirements are minimum requirements. You might be able to get away with a lesser CPU, but your game play will suffer accordingly.

so what exactly does the slim client offer? i have to run the game with all my settings on low except for view distance. would installing the slim client allow me to play with my graphics a little higher? would the client decrease choppiness?

The slim client is just a compressed regular client. It wont let you up your cideo or sound settings more than the regular one if at all. The system requirements for both are the same.

So the only thing the slim client does is save memory?

Seeing as the game costs nothing all teh slim client does is save space on your hard drive that is all. Playes exactly the same as the full client.

Because it need to decompress graphic files on the fly, you may see a lower FPS.
