Secondary Password Issues

When i entered my secondary password the first time (yesterday), the box was (at least) 1 character smaller then today. Today i went to log in, slected character, and was required to enter my secondary password before getting my character into the game. secondary password fail (with a bigger box). i selected a longer password which was a combination easy for me to remember. My secondary password with final character, or without final character, both fail to get me into the game, and now my accound it blocked for 1 hour.

Is there an out of game management or assistance to change secondary password? (assuming i wait the hour and can then log my account in to account management).

Not sure if you tried this or know about this, but many times the password boxes won't register the first letter you type. Make sure you're selecting the box, type a couple jibberish letters just to make sure its typing properly, erase, type your PW than try again.

If that doesn't work, try the same thing while omitting the first letter of your new password, its possible the same thing happened when resetting your password so its a letter shorter than you think it is.

However it would also be a good idea to send a ticket to support or see if you can get ahold of a Mod personally (I'd do both since support is slow and mods tend to be quicker but its best to cover all your bases) Best case scenario is your password was just borked cause of the boxes and you'll get in within the hour, worse case is you've gotta wait a few days for Support to fix the issue. Sometimes they are faster, others they are not.

I have always wished for a computer that would be as easy to use as my telephone . My wish came true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.:confused:

Hello, im not new to the game exactly but def. new to this forums, i created my account back in Nov. 2009 i dont recall ever choosing a secondary password I've tried to put somthing up on the support page but no feed back to i am refering to my first account i know you expect me to put in a support ticket but how about some help here im sick of trying to log in and getting the same message Help Please!!!
