The only way they differ is the Devil gives higher physical crit and dex/stam, and Giant Tree gives higher strength and patk. Also, the entire set of Devil gives +100 damage. However, and this probably doesn't matter, Devil has a warrior elite skill and Giant Tree has warden. It kind of depends on whether you're going to be DPSing with your warrior or tanking. I would say go with Giant Tree for tanking and Devil for DPS. Hopefully this helps!
