So, my wife's having an issue w/Account Management. Which is odd, but I thought I'd ask here if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.
She originally accidentally created an account on the EU side (ID1, let's call it). Once she found out that she could change to the US side (when there was still Frogster America), she switched to the US side and created an account there (ID2). ID2 is = to ID1 (they were identical from what she tells me). She only uses the US one.
So, here's one account management:

I told her that she should be using the first link, as that's the one I use (and it works). Her login works on the 2nd one, but not the first (I just tried diamond purchasing..and yup, that's the EU one, as it shows she has a character on Isiltir, not Reni).
My accounts work through the first link (Frogster America), but not the second.
So, she needs to reset her account management on the US side, however, when entering her email there, she gets this message:
Login Error! Access to your account has been deactivated; please follow the instructions that have been sent to you by email.
However, she doesn't ever receive that email to reactivate/change her password for the US side.
It's freaking annoying. Of course, this prevents her from buying diamonds, or changing her other passwords.
I created a support ticket for her, but I 'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue where trying to reset their acct. management password would say it sent it but didn't (and yes, I've checked the spam folders/etc. of her mail to make sure, /grin).
Edit: Guess I can throw in there that I went back through her email, and found her original account creation emails, and can verify that ID1 = ID2.
