Tempest Height?

I was looking for the drop location('s) of lvl 50+ cooking res. and Tempest Height came up. Where is it? Is it A mini game? Is it solo-able like GG?

It is an event that starts at specific hours outside of Obsidian Stronghold, where you kill waves of mobs and collect their chests with everyone else who joined the event.
