I can't get my ACTIVATED CARD to work. I've tried so many times, I lost count...Anyone here who can PM me an answer?

Send in a ticket to billing with the keycode from the card, your account name (DO NOT SEND THE PASSWORD AS THEY DO NOT NEED IT), I think they need one of your characters name, the time and date you purchased the card, and where you bought the card from. Same thing happened to me a while back and they replied rather fast wanting those details I stated above. Got my diamonds real fast also.
