1. No, any class that is not active (assuming more classes may be available in the future), i.e. not your primary or your secondary class has no effect on your toon at all.

2. The same as above.

You can be R/W or R/S, there is no inbetween or sharing of skills.

The only thing that you do have to share is your Rogue TP pool (e.g. your Tp invested in your R/S elite skills are MIA for your R/W) and your action bar setup. Probably it is best to keep all your R/W elites and Warrior general skills in one bar, to be swapped with another easily for R/S and Scout general.

Thanks Kata I also was wondering about this. Good info for those of us that need it. Now I have another reason to not choose a third class.

It's scary that you did not know this, and you are much longer in game then I am?!

@RoMage I stopped playing for a while. So there is a lot that I do not know especialy with the changes that have gone on. I wasn't here when they added the third class, Just came back in November of 2011.

Can you please on mage forum post your dex stats. As M/R I really wonder what others have stated.

I will post my stats for you Romage. Beign a Mage/Scout I have found that having a lot of Dexterity helps out both classes, and I do recommend that more people that play ranged classes use the Dex stat also. I ppersonaly have stacked enough that most bosses miss me or I dodge their attacks. Ill see about getting a pic of my stats for you and edit it so that noone can tell jsut who my character is. If you want I can pm you about my gear and the runes that I use (which I am constantly upgrading as I get the ones that I need to transmute higher quality ones). I will not claim that my build is perfect but for what I do it works.
