Kyosa Village Quest Reward Items (Tergoten Bay)

So I was completing quests in Tergoten Bay, and I was up at Kyosa Village, and a couple "quest rewards" I had gotten were a Anti-Vermin Potion and a Printed Hankerchief.... here's a screen shot since they don't actually exist on Runesdatabase:



Now, as far as I can tell... the Anti-Vermin Potion is needed to unlock the public event quest "Effective Cough Medicine" given by Aliyah Milfen (though the quest seems to be broken and talking to Amden Andrew yields no tasks to complete for the miracle cure); and the Printed Hankerchief is used to unlock the public event quest "Tanya's Distress" given by Tanya Manfia.

As far as I can tell that's their only use, as runesdatabase doesn't give any info on the items themselves. My question is, now that I have finished the quests required to obtain them, and unlocked the public event quests that they yield... can I delete these space wasters? Or will removing them from my inventory stop me from accessing those public event quests?

Silent there has been a lot of talk about the cough medicine quest. It is not truly broken just a bit hard to accomplish. When you use the bottle to try and get the cough medicine you usualy get the anti-vermin potion unless you do one little thing. To get the coudh medicine you MUST stop the process almost immediately as it starts. It is kinda hard to get the timing right. Just start the process then immediately end it by moving or any means possible (I find that moving cancels it faster). Hope this will help out, it was giving me trouble until I was helped out by someone in TB myself.

Silenteye, re the quest for the cough medicine... Amden Andrew's segment of that is a Daily you have to do for him then click on his Alchemy bottle to complete it for Aliyah Milfen's medicine. IF you've completed ALL your dailies before you do this one, you won't be able to complete it. For anyone trying to do this, be sure to leave yourself one (1) Daily to use for Amden Andrew.

The issue for many is that he is truly broken. I do my dailies up there, and other than the first quest from him when TB first opened, he has nothing for me.
the only thing possible for me to do with him is the big frog leg turn in, nothing else. kill the frog, click leg bring it to him that's it

For many It's broken between between Aliyah and Amden

So does it count as one of your 10 daily quests if you do this? Secondly, is the item consumed after you try to refine it at the alchemy table? And lastly, do you have to do the quest for the anti-vermin potion again to get the follow-up "effective cough medicine" public event quest again?

Also, anyone have any idea about the handkerchief?
