Not Getting My Diamonds

I am new to the game, but have purchased about $40.00 worth of diamonds (roughly 3 hours ago) and still have not received them.

Is there something I am missing here?

Check your transaction history, make sure you sent it to right server and account. If all OK, then file a ticket with details.

You have relogged since, right? Dias often dont show up till then.

I've been relogging for 3 hours now :/ Both of my payments were completed, and they will not answer my phone calls or emails, this is getting to be a very bad experience for me.

Phone calls or emails are a good way *not* to get in touch with those who can check those things. If there is an issue, file a ticket.

And by check transaction history, I mean the history on game account page, to see what the status is on the ROM side of the payment.

You should see your transaction if you go into account.frogster-online.com, login and look at the Payment Data tab. It should have a status indicating what is going on with payment. At least that is how it worked recently (I haven't bought dias in 2012 yet, so dont know for sure).

Well, if you can't get into your account, perhaps that explains your issues. Are you logging into frogster account or into ROM game account?

Depending on the payment method used, especially PayPal, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for a diamond purchase to be delivered to you in-game. Having said that...

Most transactions after the first one will show up in-game within 15-30 minutes, many times, faster than that. Logging out of the game and relogging can sometimes speed up the process, too.

They removed payment history from that page a while back...guess they didnt want people knowing how much they have spent on this game o.O

Inside my tab, it is empty page, though, but I have not made a payment lately. It is gone on frogster-america, true; but I thought our transaction are going through frogster-online now.

If that page doesn't work, then apologies to OP for misleading him. It is still the case, though, that phone calls and emails is not the way to resolve this; ticket is.
