They removed payment history from that page a while back...guess they didnt want people knowing how much they have spent on this game o.O

Inside my tab, it is empty page, though, but I have not made a payment lately. It is gone on frogster-america, true; but I thought our transaction are going through frogster-online now.
If that page doesn't work, then apologies to OP for misleading him. It is still the case, though, that phone calls and emails is not the way to resolve this; ticket is.
