Diamonds Question

So I went and bought a $25 prepaid credit card to buy diamonds with. I activated it at the store and registered it online at the website so I can use it for online purchase. When I try to use it to buy $5 worth of diamonds, the transaction isn't working. Does Runes of Magic even accept prepaid credit cards? If they do, please enlighten me with some knowledge about this.

i think they accept visa fastcards but I think that's the only one they accept.

I bought a Mastercard so that might be it but it still seems a little wrong about that.
