how to get my ultimate game card left over crdit,
I bought diamonds from ugc and i got a message saying my previous payment exceeded amount required" how can i get this exceeded amount, the instructions given in the mail doesn't work

I haven't tried yet on this game but I play another game and use UGC as well and have went thru this problem MANY of time are should say every time. So if its like the other game then place an Order and use the balance from your saved UGC (pixels) it saves unused balance as pixels. But you will need to copy and paste the Order number and click the customer support link (which will take u to UGC site) under ask a question paste the info their. May take a day are two. Like I said I haven't tried yet with this game but this is what I have to do with the other games I play and use the UGC.
I have found just buying a prepaid CC like from wall mart may cost you a few more dollars but its so much simpler and I can use the card for anything online plus if you only put the amount you want to spend + the once a month $3 maintenance fee you never have to worrie about getting your card hacked if it dose then just get a new card.
