Runes of Magic US / AU

i've noticed that anyone who has cookies saved for this game and on their browser for the rom homepage & support page, and have chosen to "remember me" on this computer, often will run into this problem as of late. Try using the http://support.frogster-online.com/ to have them send you your password in your email and try that one instead. If it still doesn't work, try resetting your game password.

First, make sure that you've selected the correct set of game servers. Start the game launcher, then click Region/Language. Select USA and English from the drop downs, then click Apply.

Secondly, passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure your Caps Lock isn't on.

Either/both of these usually fix the issue.

im now haveing these same problem checked caplocks Not on. region and language are both set right english/usa. was on about 8 hrs go playing dont sure whats happened/changed to cause these. little hlp my way plz so i can get back to play.
