Diamond Fiasco

About a week ago I ordered $99.99 worth of diamonds and used PayPal to pay for the double diamond weekend deal. NOT the first diamond purchase I made. No diamonds showed up but nothing taken from either my bank or credit card so I tried to Purchase again and near end I get error messagfe that my account was blocked !! Made a ticket to support who requested additional info -I gave it- they sent me link to reset password -which I DID. Account Still "blocked" ONLY from buying diamonds. I get in forums and game no problem/. I thought Frogster appreciated people who are NOT F2P as this pays the bills. Since this is Still unresolved guess I am wrong -they really don't care. Too bad---was enjoying the community and game up to this point .Terrible that there is no direct tech support really ..everything seems a "canned" response.Is there ANY other avenue to receive help??

I had the same problem. I spent friday, saturday, and sunday trying to purchase diamonds. Each time I was told my transaction failed and i couldnt attempt again for 24 hours. I gave up.
