Ayuda con mi cuenta vieja!

Hola empeze a jugar nuevamente rom pero me encontre con que mi cuenta de juego esta suspendida, por eso me cree una nueva cuenta pero me canse de empezar todo de nuevo por favor no se como desbloquear la cuenta, gracias!
perdonen pero no conozco bien los admins de aca
