Transport NPC Locations and/or Map?

Is there a FULL listing of all the available Transport NPCs (Snoop, etc), and their locations for each zone?

In particular, I can't find one in Limo Desert.

Also, is there a map somewhere which shows how the various Transport NPCs are linked? Like, which ones can take you to which other ones?

Advanced Quest book puts all the snoop locations on your map. They are usually placed near a major town (except in Tergothen Bay). If you get advanced quest book make sure you get the newest version. It was posted on the EU forums by someone who took over the coding.

The Snoop in the Limo Desert map is located at the entrance to The Kingdom of Limon.
